This year we’ve decided to go back to the basics. Our focus will remain
on creative, nutritious food, but with simpler dishes and more attention to
the “how-to” of cooking.

Join Michelle Milholland, M.S., R.D. and CSU students for some fun food that you really can learn to make at home.

Sun-ripened, fresh vegetables: The perfect ingrediant

September can bring an abundance of sun-ripened vegetables and herbs from the garden. We will demonstrate grilling, roasting, and chopping techniques to make several simple dishes that allow these fresh flavors to shine.
