Prime-location special ticket sale for Utah football game Oct. 10

September 29, 2009

Colorado State fans will have a unique opportunity to sit in donor sections for the Rams' next home contest, the homecoming game Oct. 10 vs. Sugar Bowl champion Utah.

Fans have unique opportunity to sit in donor sections

The athletic department is making seats available in sideline Sections C and G (between the 20- and 30-yard lines in the west stands), normally reserved for Ram Club donors, for this game only.
With north end-zone seats already sold out for the game, high demand for Utah tickets prompted the department to offer these prime-location seats to the general public. The Utes, the defending Mountain West champions, were the nation’s only undefeated team last season.

Last season’s homecoming tilt vs. TCU was the Rams’ largest crowd of the season.

Seats for Border War Nov. 27

Tickets are priced at $45, including fees, and fans who purchase seats in the donor sections also are asked to purchase donor-section seats to the Nov. 27 Border War battle with Wyoming. Tickets for the Wyoming game are $35, including fees.

Orders can be taken by phone (1-800/491-RAMS), in person at the McGraw Center ticket office, or online at

Students can purchase unlimited guest student section tickets for $25

The first two home games have seen students pick up all 10,000 of their free tickets, and students are expected to exhaust all 10,000 seats for the Utah game as well. Free student tickets are available only during the week, beginning Monday morning, in the McGraw Center or Lory Student Center box offices.

Students can purchase an unlimited number of additional guest tickets in the east-side student section for $25, to bring family and friends to the game. Contact the ticket office for more information.

Ram Club members rewarded for loyalty and support

Last week, Colorado State offered a special pre-sale for Ram Club members and season-ticket holders, as the athletic department wants to reward those fans’ loyalty and support of Colorado State’s programs.

Ram Club members, whether or not they already have season tickets, were able to purchase reserved seats in their respective donor areas of the stadium. Seats are still available. Interested fans should contact the ticket office for more information.
