Performance evaluations for State Classified staff

February 24, 2009

The end of the State Classified Performance Cycle is nearing again, which means that it is almost time to deliver final evaluations and develop performance plans for the State Classified Employees of the University.

Training for new raters/supervisors is a required element of the University''s Performance Management Program and the Employee Relations Managers will conduct training sessions for new supervisors to familiarize them with the key components of the CSU Performance Pay Program. These 90 minute sessions do not require registration and will be held in the Lory Student Center as follows:

3/03/2009     2 p.m.     Room 210
3/11/2009     9 a.m.     Room 210
3/19/2009     2 p.m.     Room 210
3/25/2009    10 a.m.    Room 210

Detailed information on the program, including information related to conducting the final evaluation, is available in the Performance Pay Program Users Guide and can be accessed via the HRS website at: www.hrs.colostate.edu/relations/PPPindex.html

Please remember that employee performance evaluations and performance plans must be completed during the month of April. We are available to advise all department managers on the evaluation process and provide direction upon request.
