EAP counseling and support services

September 16, 2013

Human Resources and the Office of the Ombuds and Employee Assistance Program are pleased to share information with you regarding services available for support, counseling and other miscellaneous no-cost EAP services.

CSU offers a variety of services for those in the campus community who are in need of counseling, support, and other resources. While the University gives prominence to the ComPsych benefit for our staff, you may also use the State’s Colorado Employee Assistance Program (C-SEAP). Taking good care of yourselves and each other does not mean toughing it out alone or in silence – it means using the free resources provided to you. A listing of those most notable EAP resources may be found below along with the website links which provide additional information.
