The Secret Ingredient Dining Series begins Sept. 23 with a class on the versatility of Colorado fruit and how to preserve or use it fresh in many amazing recipes. Culinary director Michelle Manson will share her creative skills and share some great resources for finding fresh, local fruit.
Prepare and sample several courses highlighting versatile Colorado fruit and discuss preservation and great resources for finding fresh, local fruit.
The event is Friday, Sept. 23, from noon-1 p.m. in the Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center, Room 114, Gifford Building. The cost is $20 per class, and includes recipes, education materials and lunch.
If you like the Iron Chef program, you will love this new Secret Ingredient Dining Series. Culinary Director and registered dietitian Michelle Manson will share her creative skills for turning her favorite foods into amazing recipes you can copy at home.
If you register for all four classes and pay in advance, the total cost is just $68, a 15 percent discount from individually-priced classes.
