Learn how to cook easy Asian meals Feb. 10

Want to learn how to make food that is good and good for you? Sign yourself up for the C.H.E.F.S in Training Cooking Class series, sponsored by Nutrition Services at the CSU Health Network.

C.H.E.F.S. in Training

Why spend $20 for Chinese food when you can make it yourself and make it healthier? Come learn how to spend less than 30-minutes in the kitchen and make two meals.

While you're there, you'll also learn about the healthy habits of the Japanese and strategies to mimic their healthy lifestyles. Best of all, you get to eat the food that’s prepared.

This class is part of our C.H.E.F.S. (Cooking Healthy Eats for Students) in Training Cooking Class series. Come have dinner with us and also take home a cookbook with all of our C.H.E.F.S. in Training recipes.

The class will be held this Wednesday, Feb. 10 from 5-6:30 p.m. in Gifford Building, Room 239.
