Honors Professor lecture

November 4, 2013

Professor Jim Landers has interviewed legendary 'Cosmopolitan' editor Helen Gurley Brown and written on a wide range of topics -- from coal mining to organized crime. He's spent much of his career as a historian of the media. His book, 'The Weekly War: News magazines and Vietnam,' documented the bias that spun the stories about the war. His Honors Professor lecture will focus on the American media.
