Fans can get a free sneak preview of what's coming up during basketball season when CSU hosts Moby Madness tonight at Moby Arena.
Both the men’s and women’s teams are looking for big things this season.
The men’s team, under the direction of second-year coach Larry Eustachy, is coming off of one of the most successful campaigns in school history. The Rams won a school-record 26 games, won their first NCAA Tournament game in more than 20 years and had their first All-American – senior Colton Iverson – in more than 50 years.
The women’s team, led by second-year coach Ryun Williams, has a largely rebuilt roster that should help the Rams in their quest for a Mountain West championship.
Among the scheduled activities:
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for the free, family-friendly event at Moby Arena, with the 90-minute program beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Both teams open the season Nov. 8, hosting CU-Colorado Springs in a men’s-women’s doubleheader.
