New Employee Orientation

University New Employee Orientation is the official welcome and required training for employees who have recently become benefits-eligible at CSU.


A University New Employee Orientation (UNEO) session is open for registration on the following date:

  • Thursday, April 23

Orientation is required of CSU employees working in the Fort Collins area when they are either new to campus, or become eligible for benefits.

Employees who have not attended should plan on registering as soon as possible to attend one of these sessions.

Orientation runs 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

The training begins at 8 a.m. in the ASCSU Senate Chambers at the Lory Student Center, and concludes after lunch at 1 p.m. in the Long's Peak Dining Room.

Pre-registration required

Pre-registration is required. To register online, visit www.training.colostate.edu.   Select the "log-in" link and use your eID to register.

Employee discounts

Check out the Employee Discount Program available to State of Colorado/CSU employees, administer by the Colorado Department of Personnel Administration.

Training and Organizational Development's class schedules and session descriptions and our Event Calendar are available online at www.training.colostate.edu.

  • CSU Business Applications
  • Building Proctor Development
  • University New Employee Orientation (UNEO)
  • Classes to explore and improve communication, leadership, supervisory skills, and personal effectiveness
