Walk-ins welcome at CSU Complete on April 2

March 30, 2011

CSU Complete is committed to helping you find creative solutions to the circumstances that may have kept you from completing your degree before now. If you can't register for CSU Complete by Wednesday, March 30, you may still walk in and register this Saturday, April 2, at this open house event.

Many things can interfere with a student’s plans to graduate:

  • personal issues
  • financial crisis
  • medical issues
  • lack of engagement
  • a career
  • a misunderstanding of requirements
  • a misunderstanding of university policies

Once a student stops out and is gone, it becomes increasingly difficult for the student to return and complete their degree. These students’ lives continue to become more complex and responsibilities create further obstacles to returning and finishing.

The challenges that force them to leave are then compounded when a student doesn’t know where to turn for support and resources. Graduation rapidly falls from the horizon.

CSU: Complete is a program designed to provide outreach to students who have not completed their degree.

  • Saturday, April 2, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.
  • Cherokee Park Room of Lory Student Center, CSU campus

Representatives from the Admissions Office, the Career Center, Center for Advising and Student Achievement, the Registrar’s office , Student Financial Services, Adult Learner and Veteran Services, and more, will be on-site and available to answer questions and to explore solutions to barriers and present options to consider.

This is an open house event to attract former students in the surrounding area back to campus for personalized service. For more information and to pre-register, contact Siri Newman, Collegiate Success Coordinator, at (970)491-7095 or send an email to
