The Nutrition Center that is part of the College of Applied Human Sciences is offering a very timely apple cooking class. During this season when you are harvesting from your own trees or buying apples from the farmer's market or grocery, you can learn how to incorporate apples into many delicious recipes.

Join us in celebrating Colorado Apple Week!  We will demonstrate how to create various recipes and we'll do this in our professional kitchen where you can sit comfortably, learn, and taste!

We'll discuss the nutritional value of apples, as well as some fun facts about this ingredient. You will receive dinner, nutrition education and plenty of creative cooking instructions.

The cost for the class is $20 and $10/CSU students and employees. Register online at or by phone at (970) 491-8615.
