Free parking! Just one of many prizes for donating to Colorado Combined Campaign

November 12, 2009

Free parking! Did you know that if you donate as little as $5 to the Colorado Combined Campaign, or CCC, you will be placed in the running for one of the most coveted prizes available to the campus community? Free parking! CSU Parking Services has donated one yearly parking pass for one lucky employee.

Pondering giving a small donation but cannot see how that will have an impact? Here are some ways that even a minor donation can help out someone in need.

What your dollar can buy . . .

  • a day allows our weekly food bank to feed 365 seniors a year - Association for Senior Citizens
  • a day matches five urban teens with five adults for a day of backpacking – Big City Mountaineers
  • a day vaccinates 28 animals a year – Harrison Memorial Animal Hospital
  • a day will allow a job seeker to get to an interview so that he can support his family – DenUM

  • per week provides educational materials for one resident to complete her GED - Bridgeway

  • a month provides rental or utility assistance for low-income families devastated by the death of their child – CO SIDS Program

Help meet our goal

We are proud to say that Colorado State University has been donating to the Colorado Combined Campaign since 2000 and has consistently been one of the largest agency donors.

CSU’s campaign goal this year is to raise $160,000, a small increase from the $151,796 raised last year. Currently, we are $68,000 away from our goal, so be sure to get in your donations!
