Colorado voters could expand gambling to pay for higher education

Colorado voters could decide if gambling should be allow in bars and restaurants to defer tuition costs at state universities.

The plan being considered at the State Capitol would ask voters if video keno machines should be installed to raise money for higher education.

Two-thirds of state lawmakers would have to support the plan for it to be on this fall's ballot.
