How Millennials fit in

The Career Management Center at Colorado State University's College of Business is hosting a three-day conference (July 23-25)  that will explore how Millennials fit within the multigenerational workplace.

"At CSU's College of Business, we're especially proud of Generation Y—the generation often referred to as 'millennials,'" said Susan Schell, director of the Career Management Center. "This generation asks questions, affects change, and uses technology to impact global environments. They have social media smarts, great technology awareness, and are self-expressive. Gen Y is entering the workforce at a rapid speed and bringing with them new priorities and fresh ways of thinking."
