Savvy substitutions cooking class

Yes, you can keep using your recipes and make them healthier with simple substitutions! At this cooking class at the Nutrition Center, dietitians will discuss recipe changes that will not compromise taste.

Join us for this month's Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center Cooking Class, titled 'Savvy Substitutions' and learn to use simple substitutions to improve the nutritional value of your recipes--without compromising taste.

Featured recipes will include:

  • Mixed greens with berries
  • Goat cheese and honey balsamic vinaigrette herbed flatbread
  • Italian red sauce with spaghetti squash
  • 'Banana Ice Cream Surprise'
