CSU Health Network providing innovative health care

As a leader in the changing face of health care the CSU Health Network is taking a new, integrative approach to mental health and medical services. We are here to provide you with seamless, comprehensive and innovative health care services.

Six credits or more

All students carrying six or more credits pay the health and counseling fee and are eligible to use the CSU Health Network. Part-time students, spouses and children of students may choose to pay the health fee or pay fee for service.

Mental and medicial health concerns

If you are interested in visiting the CSU Health Network for mental health concerns, please come to the Hartshorn building between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

You will be asked to complete paperwork and then you will have a brief, confidential meeting with the triage counselor who will help you determine the most appropriate and services or resources for your particular concerns.

If you have medical concerns please contact the CSU Health Network at (970) 491-7121. We are open Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

For an afterhour mental health emergency please call (970) 491-7111.

For an afterhour medical emergency please call 911.

Payment for Services

Payment for services not covered by the health fee maybe made at the time of treatment with cash, credit card or billed to your account or billed to the health insurance program if enrolled in that program. If you have your own insurance you will be provided documentation to submit to your insurance company.

Use of the health services is paid for by semester fees. assessed to full-time students. Part-time students, Division of Continuing Education, guest registrants, spouses or co-habituating partners and children of students may pay the health fee on a semester basis to use the health service.
