Staff Appreciation Day at the Annual Flower Trial Garden Aug. 3

The Classified Personnel Council, or CPC, will be hosting Staff Appreciation Day at the Annual Flower Trial Garden located at 1401 Remington Street. The event is 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010.

Bring the family and come enjoy free gelato and music. Get your picture taken with Cam the Ram! Meet your CPC members.

The event is Tuesday, Aug. 3 from 3-7 p.m. Come out and enjoy a beautiful Colorado day at one of the most visited spots in Fort Collins.


There will be several prize giveaways:

  • Athletics has donated a four-pack of football tickets
  • Campus Recreation has donated three 4-month memberships
  • CSU Bookstore has donated ten $20 gift certificates

Department of Horticulture expert on hand

There will also be an expert on hand from the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture to answer your questions.

CPC Mission Statement

The Classified Personnel Council exists to represent State Classified employees at Colorado State University and to serve as the liaison between employees and the University as a whole. Issues that affect the role, image and status of State Classified employees may be considered by the Council.

The Council is also charged to recommend to the President, through his designee, proposals designed to define, promote, improve and protect the role of State Classified employees at Colorado State University.
