Healthy You @ CSU begins Sept. 1

'I'm amazed at the changes I learned to make in my eating and exercise without being on a diet or strict plan,' said a participant in the Healthy You @ CSU program. Back by popular demand, a new session of the 12-week weight loss and mindful eating program is being offered by the Nutrition Center @ CSU. Registration is now open.

Individual consultations start Sept. 1
Classes run Sept. 15 - Nov. 17
Noon-1 p.m. and 6-7 p.m.

Back by popular demand, The Nutrition Center @ CSU presents Healthy You, our 12-week weight loss and mindful eating program.

Participants in 2009 lost significant weight, inches off their waist, and body fat during the program, and continue to make progress in ongoing support groups.

Location/cost/class times

  • Location - The Nutrition Center @ CSU, 114 Gifford Building
  • Cost - $175; sign up with a partner and you each save $50
  • Limited scholarships available 

Individual consultations start Sept. 1. Classes meet noon to 1 p.m. or 6-7 p.m., Wednesdays, Sept. 15 through Nov. 17.
