International Children's Carnival April 10

April 7, 2011

Culturally-themed activities create lots of fun at the International Children's Carnival. Your children will pick up a 'passport' and collect stamps as they visit booths for games, crafts, and activities. When they've collected enough stamps, they'll win a prize! Open to Colorado State students and the Fort Collins community.

Sunday, April 10
2-5 p.m.
Main Ballroom
Lory Student Center

Cultures from around the globe

This year, the theme is “Color Your World!" All children must be accompanied by an adult. The program gives children and their parents an opportunity to increase their knowledge and understanding of different cultures by engaging in culturally-themed activities such as:

  • Games
  • Arts and crafts
  • Dancing
  • Songs
  • Stage and fashion show

For children 3-12

Activities are targeted to children ages 3 – 12. Children collect stamps in their “passport” as they visit the various booths for games, crafts and activities. Once they have collected enough stamps, they receive a prize. Every child leaves with something.

Free with CSU ID, $5 suggested donation per family

The International Children’s Carnival is free and open to CSU Students and the Fort Collins community. A suggested donation of $5 per family for non-students will support the Dream What you Love Scholarship for Single Student Parents at Colorado State.
