Ever wondered how best to portray your experience, especially international experience, on your resume and in interviews? Where can you find a great position that is a really good fit? How can you increase your chances of getting an interview and a job offer? Come and learn how to uncover opportunities through networking, promote your skills and experience with new resume techniques, and use community resources to improve your job search results.

Pick up job searching skills

This free event is targeted toward job searchers with experience studying, living, or working abroad. However, all who would like to improve their job-searching skills are welcome.

  • What to bring: A lunch and your resume if you have one
  • When: Noon to 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 9

Marie Zimenoff, a nationally certified counselor and nationally certified resume writer, holds a master’s degree in counseling and career development from Colorado State University.

She is president of A Strategic Advantage, president of the Colorado Career Development Association, and a board member for the National Resume Writers’ Association.
