State-classified performance review sessions

Final Evaluation Review Sessions

The end of the State Classified Performance Cycle is nearing, which means it’s almost time to deliver final evaluations and develop performance plans for state-classified employees of the University.

60-minute review sessions will be held in the Lory Student Center at the following times to discuss key components of an effective evaluation.

These sessions do not require registration:

  • Wednesday, March 9, 1 p.m., Room 210
  • Monday, March 14, 11 a.m., Room 203
  • Thursday, March 17, 11 a.m., Room 203
  • Tuesday, March 22, 11 a.m., Room 210
  • Tuesday, March 29, noon, Room 210

New Supervisor Training

Training for new raters and supervisors is a required element of the University's Performance Management Program, and the Employee Relations Managers will conduct training sessions for new supervisors to familiarize them with key components of the CSU Performance Management Program.

These 90-minute sessions, which do not require registration, will be held in the Lory Student Center as follows:

  • Tuesday, March 8, noon, Room 208
  • Thursday, March 24, 2:30 p.m., Room 210
  • Thursday, April 7, 3 p.m., Room 210
  • Tuesday, April 12, noon, Room 214
