Control your eating

Emotions often override our stomach’s hunger and fullness cues. Often we eat when we’re depressed, stressed, anxious, bored, or just as a way to procrastinate from doing our homework!

Ask the Dietitian

If you frequently catch yourself snacking away for no good reason, stop by the Wellness Zone for “Ask the Dietitian” on Wednesday Jan. 28 from 11 am -1 pm and learn some mindful eating strategies.
