Are you struggling to think of new meal ideas for yourself or loved ones who have multiple food allergies? Let the food experts at The Nutrition Center @ CSU help you! In this class, you will create and sample recipes free of gluten, soy, eggs, nuts and dairy products. You'll be amazed at how delicious they taste and how easy they are to prepare.

Learn to create delicious gluten, soy, egg, nut, and dairy-free meals.

Are you struggling to think of new meals ideas for yourself or loved ones who have multiple food allergies? Let the food experts at The Nutrition Center @ CSU help you! In this class, you will create and sample recipes free of gluten, soy, eggs, nuts and dairy products.

You will also learn about nutrients you may be missing with your food allergies, and how to be sure to get them in your diet.  

Optional Q & A session 

A 30-minute optional Q & A with a registered dietitian follows the cooking segment.
