The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers extensive Life and Wellness trainings this fall.
In response to feedback, we are offering many classes from noon – 2 p.m. These trainings are free to CSU employees, and pre-registration is required.
Popular returning topics include retirement, suicide prevention awareness,
personal finance, grief and loss, meditation and stress management.
Training and Organizational Development opens the fall schedule with
Facilitation Skills, on Friday, Sept. 16, followed by Meeting Management.
