Fashion Show April 20

The Department of Design and Merchandising presents a fashion show featuring 16 collections created by senior apparel design students. Many of these students are currently interning with fashion houses in New York and Los Angeles.

A night of fashion and music

Senior students from the Department of Design and Merchandising present an exciting exhibition of student contemporary apparel featured in a professional live model fashion show.   

The collections will be featured in a full-stage fashion production with technical production and lighting. The show will also feature professional entertainment by Black Prez and dj TBone.

Fashion by ... recycled parachutes

One of the highlights of this year’s fashion show will be a collection of draped garments made of recycled military parachutes in partnership with AspenPointe of Colorado Springs, a non-profit organization for veteran rehabilitation creating change through social innovation and joint business venture opportunities.
