Student Rec Center free open house Sept. 6-13

September 2, 2009

Looking to take the trophy this year for intramural flag football? Heard about the Zumba craze and want to check it out for yourself? Thinking about getting in shape for Spring Break and want a consultation with our Personal Trainers to get off on the right foot? Do rock climbing, snowshoeing, and hiking a 14er peak your interest?

If you answered yes to any (or all) of these questions, make your way over to the Rec Center's week-long fall free open house, Sept. 6-13!

Welcome bags, raffle prizes

Open to all students, faculty, and staff with a valid CSU ID, this week-long open house is your chance to check out all that the Rec has to offer you this fall, view demonstrations, and even register to win raffle prizes (memberships, free Intro to Strength Training class sessions, Fitballs, unlimited Mind Body passes, and more)!

Visit the Service Center during the week of Sept. 6-13 to receive your welcome bag and register for raffle prizes!

Pre-registrations, reservations

Free fitness assessments are also available during the open house week. Those interested must pre-register at the Service Center, 48-hours in advance.

Indoor cycling classes are free; please reserve a cycle 24-hours in advance by calling (970) 491-3085.

Classes to check out
