Signs that fall semester is approaching are starting to appear -- plans for Ram Welcome are well underway (Aug. 18-21) and the Ram Football fall game schedule has been posted.

The residence halls open for the 2011 fall semester at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18.

Volunteers on hand for move-in

CSU employees, along with Greek Life volunteers, will help you move into your room from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18.

You can identify our helpful staff members by their white “Welcome to Colorado State University” T-shirts. We'll help unload your vehicle and carry your stuff to your room – even to the top floor!

R.A.M.S. (Resource And Move-in Staff) members, residence hall front desk staff, Ram Welcome leaders, and residence life staff, including your Resident Assistant, are here to welcome you and assist you during Move In. Don't hesitate to ask for help.

'Cardboard corrals'

Each year, when new residents move into the halls on campus, there are a lot of empty cardboard boxes left over. The University has set up "cardboard corrals" throughout campus at each residence hall during the move-in period, and as a result, tons of cardboard are recycled.

Keep an eye out for our cardboard corrals and support our sustainability efforts at CSU!
