Stress reduction workshop

This workshop is designed for employees who want to who want to proactively minimize stress in the workplace. Help your boss and co-workers know easy ways to reduce your stress, or if your a supervision, learn how to create a less stressful workplace.

Learn the top 10 causes of stress in the workplace, along with steps organizations, leaders, and any worker can take to reduce stress.

Participants will learn:

  • To identify stress and how it is manifested in the workplace
  • Ways to understand the relationship between stress, confidence and performance
  • Ways to help employees cope on a personal level
  • Tools for stimulating self confidence
  • How to help employees have good vacations
  • Strategies for rethinking how work is done
  • Ways to maximize employee performance
  • Partnering for accountability
