Volleyball matches Sept. 2 and 7

August 31, 2012

Newcomers to volleyball at CSU -- here's some facts to get you up to speed. Since the program began in 1976, the team has averaged nearly 21 wins a season and posted an all-time record of 754-374. Rams Volleyball has been to 23 NCAA tournaments. Just 12 Division-1 teams have earned more tournament berths, and the Rams' stretch of 17 consecutive appearances is the eighth-longest active streak in the country.

The Rams finished their August 25 game against the Denver Pioneers with a clean sweep (25-14, 25-19, 25-21). Image by Dan Byers.Rams host two strong teams
