Cooking the way the French do

Join us for our popular International Cuisine Dining Series. Michelle Milholland, M.S., R.D. and students will present easy, healthful dishes from the theme country, France, using traditional ingredients and techniques.

Due to the campus closure at noon today, this event has been canceled.

French cuisine is not just for restaurants! In this class we’ll do our best to channel Julia Child, demonstrating how to make fabulous French dishes in the comfort of your own kitchen. Bon appétit!

Class fee and what's included

The cost to attend is $20 per class ($10 for CSU students and employees) and includes:

  • recipes
  • educational materials
  • lunch  

All classes include optional 30-minute Q&A at the end of the programs.

In addition to group programs, the Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center offers a variety of individual nutrition services: 

  • One-on-one nutrition counseling

  • Nutrition assessment

  • Computerized diet analysis

  • Body composition measurements

  • Resting metabolic rate measurement
