Gluten free dining series on CSU-TV

A new program on CSU-TV 11 features the Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center's cooking and diet series. The programs offer exceptional nutrition education based on research conducted at Colorado State.

First segment in three-part series

Starting in April, CSU-TV, Channel 11  will broadcast a new show that highlights another of CSU’s academic and service-oriented programs.

The thirty-minute program, presented by The Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center, demonstrates healthful gluten-free recipes in a professional kitchen setting. This is the first in a three-part series, all of which will air on CSU-TV.

The show airs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 p.m. during the weeks of April 11 and April 18 and will air periodically in the future.

The Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center brings to life the latest in nutrition research, providing exceptional nutrition education to the public. An outreach program of the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Colorado State, the Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center offers:

  • Weight loss programs,
  • Individualized nutrition counseling,
  • Diet and recipe analysis, and more.
