Briefly exploring majors

March 3, 2009

Make your major exploration brief. The Exploring Majors Fair offers students the opportunity to meet with representatives from all eight colleges to discuss majors, entrance requirements, and courses required by the degree programs, as well as potential career paths.

Exploration fair posterThe Exploring Majors Fair will be held Thursday, March 5, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Lory Student Center North Ballroom.

Academic advisors on hand

Academic Advisors will offer guidance, information and suggestions for students working on exploring their degree options. Students can also attend informative "briefing" sessions about specific careers and degrees in the health professions and business fields, and short Exploring Majors workshops.

A lounge area with major exploration material and free snacks will be provided.

The Exploring Majors Fair is a great opportunity for students to examine majors, minors, and interdisciplinary programs at CSU, and it is geared toward both undeclared students, as well as those looking for ways to enhance their major or explore other major and career options.
