Call for nominations for University Grievance Officer

CSU is fortunate to have a system of shared governance that provides an opportunity for faculty and administrative professionals to participate in a broad range of University policy and procedural issues and decisions, including nominating individuals to serve in the capacity of the University Grievance Officer (UGO).  Section K.14 of the Academic Faculty and Administrative Professional Staff Manual outlines the procedures for selecting a UGO.

The first step in the nomination process for the UGO is comprised of this Call for Nominations. A summary of the nominating and confirming process, and procedures, plus position description, including qualifications can be found at the website listed at the end of this message. 

Nominations are due by Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, and are to be directed to the Chair of the Grievance Panel Subcommittee c\o of Diane Maybon, Faculty Council office (dmaybon@ColoState.EDU).
