'My Favorite Lecture' with Prof. Robin Reid April 14

The Institute for Teaching and Learning's "My Favorite Lecture" series continues with a presentation by Robin Reid. On April 14, Reid will discuss community initiatives for sustainability in different countries.

'Inventing Sustainable Futures'

Robin Reid will give her favorite lecture, "Inventing sustainable futures: Communities making a difference around the world," on April 14.

Reid is the director of CSU's Center for Collaborative Conservation in the Warner College of Natural Resources.

Reid's talk will describe some community initiatives in the U.S., Africa, and Asia and highlight what struggles they face and how they make progress together.

She will also discuss ways we can work to magnify those successes in the future.

The "My Favorite Lecture" series, sponsored by TILT, is a unique opportunity for CSU students to connect with some of the university's most distinguished scholars.  

Come early to ensure seating and enjoy a reception before the lecture gets started at 4:15 p.m. There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion following the talk.
