Managing the contributions of others is one of the key responsibilities for supervisors and managers. For most people, performance management is a learned set of skills, rather than an intrinsic set of abilities.

Learn to create and enhance effective performance plans, feedback channels, and evaluations to increase morale and productivity.

Learn how to:

  • Create effective performance plans
  • Involve employees in creating their own success
  • Provide and receive meaningful feedback
  • Approach and resolve common performance problems
  • Conduct formal evaluations of your employee's efforts

This session will focus on tools and strategies that increase and nurture employee success. This interactive session is appropriate for all supervisors/managers and will focus on practical solutions to enhancing performance.

Who should attend: Supervisors with some experience; basic to advanced level.
