Peach Festival August 23

August 13, 2014

The 4th annual Peach Festival, presented by the Rotary clubs of Fort Collins and Colorado State, celebrates the height of the Colorado peach season with a run/walk, pancake breakfast, pie eating contest, and live entertainment.

Saturday, August 23
8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
Hughes Stadium

It's time to enjoy peaches

Natural sugars are the reason for the incredible sweetness of Colorado's peaches. Our hot days and cool nights are the perfect recipe for bringing out these natural sugars. Fresh peaches from Colorado are only available until about the first or second week in September.

The Rotary Clubs of Fort Collins and Colorado State University will celebrate all-things-peachy on Saturday, August 23, at the 4th annual Fort Collins Peach Festival at CSU's Hughes Stadium, 1800 S. Overland Trail.

Last year over 10,000 people attended and the event raise over $33,000 for local charities.

The day includes a:

  • 5K Run/Walk at 8:30 a.m. (parking is free for runners),
  • Peachy breakfast at 8:30 a.m., and
  • Heathly Kids Run at 9:30 a.m.

Admission is free, parking is $5.

CSU sponsors hosting booths:

  • Muscles Alive!
  • CSU Athletics
  • College of Business
