Opening Volleyball match is white-out night

White-out night at the Rams vs. Duke University volleyball game marks the first of three nights in which fans will be encouraged to come out in a special color. On Friday, Aug. 27, be sure to wear white to Moby as the Rams look to start off the season with a big win over a quality opponent.

See the Rams play Duke University at the Coors Rocky Mountain Invitational. The Rams' last, cumulative season statistics boasted an overall record of 25 wins and six losses.

 Preseason favorite

The CSU volleyball team is poised for one of the most exciting seasons in program history in 2010.  The team is ranked No. 17 nationally and selected as the preseason favorite to repeat as Mountain West Conference champion.

T-shirts to first 500 CSU students

CSU athletics is offering fans a number of special promotions to cheer on the Rams at Moby Arena as they pursue a 16th consecutive NCAA tournament appearance, beginning Aug. 27 in the season- and home-opener vs. Duke.

When the Rams and Blue Devils take the court to open the Coors Rocky Mountain Challenge, CSU’s ACC foe will be met by a barrage of white, as Russell Athletic is sponsoring the Moby Arena “White Out” by offering free T-shirts to the first 500 CSU students in attendance at the match.

New schedule cards and posters

As the 2010-2011 CSU Volleyball season quickly approaches, Ram fans can show their support by picking up the new schedule cards and posters. They are available for free at the McGraw Athletic Training Center

Out-of-town fans can order posters and schedule cards for the cost of postage only.
