Delicious, alternative grains

This series will feature various aspects of gluten free living and entertaining. Join Michelle Milholland, M.S., R.D. and CSU students for a series of classes that explores gluten free entertaining, easy substitutions, and healthful baking.

In each class you will learn to make several dishes, and explore ways to make gluten free cooking more nutritious and convenient. In this class we will try out some side dishes made with alternative grains that would be a welcome addition to any diet.

We'll also discuss some great tips for gluten free snacking on the go, and ways to make sure your gluten free diet is nutritionally adequate.

Cost is $20 per class ($10 for CSU students and employees) and includes recipes, education materials and lunch.
