Eleventh annual SOAR Awards April 25

April 10, 2013

The Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement office will hold its annual SOAR Ceremony on April 25 to recognize outstanding student organizations and advisors. The event is free and open to all CSU students, staff and faculty members.

Eleventh year running

Join us for the 11th Annual SOAR awards at 5 p.m. Thursday, April 25, in the Lory Student Center Theatre.

The SLiCE office organizes the SOAR Awards annually to thank all student organizations and advisors for their contributions, hard work, and dedication throughout the year.

With more than 350 student organizations recognized this year, there have been a record number of events and activities created by student groups that provide social, educational, cultural, and scholarly opportunities for the community of Colorado State University.

Free semi-formal event

SOAR is a semi-formal event that is free for all students, staff and faculty to attend. SLiCE invites individuals that are members or advisors to Registered Student Organizations, as well special guests and supporters of Registered Student Organizations.

SLiCE welcomes anyone interested in student groups to join in an evening of festivities that include an hors devours reception, student group performances, and an awards presentation that recognizes accomplishments in the areas of Leadership, Marketing, Programming, Organizational Achievement, Community Service, and Advisor Gratitude!
