The School of the Arts presents La Cenerentola (Cinderella) by Gioachino Rossini, performed in the Griffin Concert Hall, University Center for the Arts.
Opera theatre - La Cenerentola (Cinderella)
La Cenerentola, ossia La bontà in trionfo (Cinderella, or Goodness Triumphant), was composed in 1817 when Gioachino Rossini was just 25 years old, and is considered one of his finest vocal compositions. Come see Cinderella in a whole new light with special themes for each performance:

Book drive benefits Invisible Children Biggest Book Drive
A book drive takes place each night, and the drive will benefit Invisible Children, a non-profit that provides resources to children of Northern Uganda. The book drive matches the theme of storybooks, which is paralleled by the stage design. In addition, each night the donated books will be placed on the bookshelf of the set.

Tickets are $9 for CSU students, $20 for the public, and free for youth under 12 with paying adult.
