More about the study

This study is carried out by researchers in the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resource Economics at CSU. Your responses to the survey questions, recorded in anonymous form, will be analyzed by Ph.D. candidate Oana Deselnicu as part of her doctoral dissertation under the supervision of Assistant Professor Marco Costanigro.

The study investigates how consumers interpret the information provided on food labels, specifically milk products. Results will help regulatory agencies (such as the USDA) and food producers to construct more informative labels, and ultimately help you, the consumer, make more informed choices.

If you have any questions, please contact the researchers at the contacts provided below.
