Nutritious sweets

Culinary Director and registered dietitian Michelle Manson lets you in on the secret to using ingredients that are naturally sweet to make amazing recipes you can create at home.

Learn nutrient-rich, sweet recipes that will be a hit with any crowd, along with helpful strategies for enjoying holiday gatherings without undoing healthful habits.

If you like the "Iron Chef" program, you will love this new Secret Ingredient Dining Series. Culinary Director and Registered Dietitian Michelle Manson will share her creative skills for turning her favorite foods into amazing recipes you can copy at home.

This interactive class will be held on Friday, December 9, noon-1 p.m. in the Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center, Room 114, Gifford Building on the CSU campus. Cost is $20 per class and includes recipes, education materials and lunch.

If you register for all four classes and pay in advance, the total cost is just $68, a 15 percent discount from individually-priced classes.
