Eat well and be healthy all fall

Start the fall semester with healthier eating habits-sign up now for Healthy You: Weight Management & Mindful Eating Program sponsored by the Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center.

This 10-week program is designed to help you get and/or stay healthy throughout the year, and includes weekly classes for support and education; personal nutrition consultations; a pedometer, program book, handouts and recipes; and snacks and prizes!

Two sessions offered

Two convenient sessions are being offered fall 2012 - make it more fun and sign up with a colleague, friend, or family member!

  • Tuesdays, Sept. 11-Nov. 13, noon- 1 p.m.
  • Tuesdays, Sept. 11-Nov. 13,  6 p.m.-7 p.m.

As part of Commitment to Campus, the cost is just $87.50 for CSU students and employees, which includes a 50 percent discount.
