Friday, March 25, the Aspen Grille proudly presents guest chef Tyson Holzheimer and his team from the Fort Collins breakfast eatery, Snooze. Make your reservations today!

Aspen Grille features guest chef from Fort Collins eatery, Snooze

The students of the Hospitality Program are pleased to present Guest Chef, Tyson Holzheimer, of Snooze, in the Aspen Grille. Chef Holzheimer and Snooze executives will turn the Grille into Snooze for brunch on Friday, March 25, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Mini Breakfast Burrito with Green Chili and Ranchero Sauce 

Second plate

Ham Benedict or Tuscano Benedict (a ragout of white bean, kale, tomato, carrot, celery, onion, and butternut squash)

Third plate

Choice of Pineapple Upside Down, Chocolate Chip, or Cinnful pancake

Gluten free options are available for all courses. Cost is $9.99, which includes non-alcoholic beverage and gratuity.

The Aspen Grille is operated by students in the Restaurant and Resort Management program in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition and is located in the University Club, on the upper level of the Student Center. The Aspen Grille is open to the public for lunch, Tuesday through Friday.
