The Greek diet characteristically incorporates foods that contain healthy fats. The bonus -- Greek cuisine is delicious and filling! Learn how to 'cook Greek' at the next International Dining Cuisine Series class.

Travel around the world without leaving the kitchen at the International Cuisine Dining Series.

Join Michelle Milholland, M.S., R.D., and students for a culinary journey that spans several continents. In each class you will learn to make several nutritious dishes, and also explore the health benefits each traditional cuisine has to offer.

Fresh flavors and healthful sources of fat are the focus of this class. Learn how to make fabulous Greek recipes, and incorporate habits that can improve heart health!

Cost

The fee of $20 per class ($10 for CSU students and employees) includes:

  • recipes
  • education materials
  • lunch
