We bring you not only cooking tips but also expert advice on nutrition, food safety, disease prevention, and making meal prep easy and inexpensive.

Michelle Milholland, M.S., R.D., and CSU students will present easy, healthful dishes from each theme country, using traditional ingredients and techniques.

March 13 - Poland

In this session we’ll go beyond the kielbasa and pierogies, and show you what Polish cuisine really has to offer! Join us to sample several courses of authentic Polish food with a healthful twist.

Upcoming workshop - France

French cuisine is not just for restaurants!  In this class we’ll do our best to channel Julia Child, demonstrating how to make fabulous French dishes in the comfort of your own kitchen. Bon appétit!
