Vegan cooking class

The Nutrition Center has received numerous requests to offer a class on vegan cuisine. Here's your opportunity to learn how to shop for ingredients and create some great, meatless recipes. As usual, CSU employees pay a discounted fee to attend the class.

Vegan cuisine

The Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center at CSU has had several requests for a vegan class, and summer seems like the perfect time to do it! We will take full advantage of seasonal produce, fresh flavors, and a variety of plant-based protein sources.

This class is perfect for vegans, vegetarians, those avoiding eggs or dairy, and anyone looking for some great meatless recipes to add to their routine. We will also review important nutrients to watch for when following a vegan diet plan.


The fee of $20 per class ($10 for CSU students and employees) includes:

  • recipes
  • education materials
  • lunch
