CSU Day at the Corn Maze Oct. 17

ASAP, ALVS, and Apartment Life Present CSU Day at Something from the Farm Corn maze!

Hay rides, pumpkin patches, corn mazes and more

Colorado State University will take over Something from the Farm on Oct. 17, 2009 from 11 a.m. to midnight. Students get the opportunity to lose themselves in the corn mazes.

Day activities

Activities during 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. include:

  • pumpkin patch
  • hay rides
  • Cam the Ram
  • face-painting
  • petting zoo (from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.)
  • LAPP Dogs (11 a.m.-3 p.m.)
  • “Fly Ball” Dogs (2-4 p.m.)
  • pumpkin launcher and the corn canon
  • CSU RamSpirit tattoos
  • coloring books
  • family-friendly corn mazes

Night activities

Starting at 6:30 p.m., Something from the Farm’s unhaunted corn maze and terrifying haunted corn maze will be open. There will also be live music from Apple Valley and DVS, a campfire, and $1 hot dogs. Two time slots will be offered: 7-9 p.m. and 9-11 p.m.

Ticket information

The first 500 students can pick up a free ticket from the iBOX with their student ID. After that, students can still get coupons for discounted admission with a student ID.
