Converge 2013

March 15, 2013

Energy and climate change, food security, sustainable communities, land and water resources... these are just a few of the focus areas of the sustainability centers and programs on campus.

Wednesday, March 27
5-6:30 p.m.
Avogadro's Number
605 S. Mason Street

An open forum to learn what CSU's sustainability centers do and how you can get involved!

The goal is to strengthen campus sustainability partnerships and further CSU’s commitment to the campus and community.

This year, the Student Sustainability Center is hoping to increase engagement with the CSU student body during our Converge event.

Come and see what each Center or Program has to offer through their brief overview (2-3 minutes each), followed by questions from the audience (30 minutes), and finally through networking (30 minutes).

See a list of CSU's sustainability centers and institutes.

Sponsored by the Student Sustainability Center and the School for Global Environmental Sustainability.

The Student Sustainability Center:

  • Engages students in volunteer projects
  • Hosts speakers, films and other events to raise awareness about sustianability
  • Consolidates and distributes sustainability-related information and events through the Green Bulletin
  • Builds relationships and networks across campus to promote environmental initiatives
