The State Classified Performance Management Program requires all state classified employees receive a mid-year evaluation in October. Training for new raters/supervisors is required.
The State Classified Performance Management Program requires all state classified employees receive a mid-year evaluation in October. Training for new raters/supervisors is a required element of the University’s Performance Management Program and Human Resources will conduct training sessions for new supervisors to familiarize them with the key components of the CSU Performance Management Program.
The following 90-minute sessions will be held in the Lory Student Center:
Detailed information on the program, including information related to conducting the mid-year evaluation, is available in the Performance Management Program Users Guide.
